NjiraCloud legal
Terms of Service
Last updated: September 23, 2026
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern your use of NjiraCloud. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use NjiraCloud for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. You must have the legal capacity required to enter into this agreement.
2. The service
NjiraCloud is a developer and cloud platform used to build, deploy, run, and manage applications and related managed infrastructure. Features may include deployments, runtimes, logs, domains, build artifacts, PostgreSQL, Redis, and related operational tools.
3. Accounts and GitHub authentication
NjiraCloud currently uses GitHub authentication. Keep your GitHub account and access credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and promptly address unauthorized activity. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of your source code, applications, customer data, and other content you provide or place on the service. You grant NjiraCloud the limited rights necessary to build, deploy, host, process, transmit, back up where the service provides that functionality, and otherwise operate the service for you.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use NjiraCloud for unlawful activity, malware, attacks, unauthorized access, network abuse, intellectual-property infringement, fraud, deception, intentional disruption, or abusive resource consumption. Do not interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service or other users’ workloads.
6. Third-party services
The service can interact with GitHub and may rely on infrastructure or service providers. Your use of third-party services is also subject to their terms and policies. NjiraCloud is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
7. Availability, changes, and backups
We may change, maintain, or discontinue features as the service evolves. NjiraCloud does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service and does not offer an SLA under these Terms. You remain responsible for maintaining suitable copies of your content and for evaluating any backup functionality available to you.
8. Fees and intellectual property
Current access may be offered without charge. If paid plans are introduced, their pricing and billing terms will be presented before charges apply. NjiraCloud retains rights in its platform software, documentation, and branding. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others; to address a breach of these Terms; or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends. Content handling after termination depends on the then-available service functionality and applicable law.
10. Disclaimers, liability, and indemnity
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. NjiraCloud disclaims warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, NjiraCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. You will defend and indemnify NjiraCloud against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or your content.
11. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect indicates acceptance where permitted by law. Governing law, dispute procedures, legal entity details, and a legal contact channel require owner and legal review before commercial launch.
